About Propac

Propac was born from the association of three innovative Adapted Work Undertakings (Entreprises de Travail Adapté - ETA) in the logistics sector. We offer logistics solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Our company was created in 2009 and since then we have developed expertise in supply chain management, transport, warehousing and delivery of parcels and goods. We pride ourselves on our responsible approach and commitment to society and position ourselves as the ideal partner to help you meet your CSR policy obligations.

An Adapted Work Enterprises (Entreprise de Travail Adapté - ETA) is first and foremost a company, with the same operating methods and the same competitive needs as ordinary companies.

An Adapted Work Enterprise is a social enterprise whose priority is to give all people with disabilities who legitimately want to work the opportunity to fulfil their potential. Our staff find work that we strive to keep interesting and sustainable.

 

On-the-job training is, of course, a necessity that takes on the same importance as in ordinary companies, but we also have other priorities that are specific to the company's employee population. For example, through training, we develop their ability to deal with everyday problems (e.g. reading/writing, budgeting) and thus their autonomy.

The social aspect of an Adapted Work Enterprise obviously translates into a cost that corresponds to the particular structure, the adapted workstations, the productivity that is different from that of a traditional business...

Propac is committed to providing its expertise to its customers in order to :
